1. The Department of General Affairs includes: Director General, Deputy Director General, auditors, officials. Heads of Departments are appointed and dismissed by the Auditor General.
  
2. The organizational structure of the Department of General Affairs includes:
           a) Division of General - Planning;
           b) Division of Central Budget;
           c) Division of Local Budget;
           d) Division of Investment – Project;
           đ) Division of Enterprises and Financial Institutions - Banking;
           e) Division of Anti-Corruption;
           g) Division of Performance Audit.
Each division has a Head and Deputy Heads, auditors and officials assisting to the Head of Division.
