Under the agenda of the working visit to Vietnam from 2-6 April, 2005, Mr. Henrik Otbo and accompanied persons were met with by Mr. Do Binh Duong, SAV Auditor General. The team also worked with the National Assembly's Commission of Budgetary and Economic Affairs and the Government Inspectorate.

On 22 February 2008, a delegation from Gangwon Province of South Korea led by Mr. Jo Grang Soo, Director of the Province’s Audit Services was met with Auditor General Vuong Dinh Hue at SAV head-office in Hanoi.

On 17 May, 2005, at the headquarter of the SAV, Mr. Do Binh Duong had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Hermann Otto Solms, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly of Germany
