(sav.gov.vn) - Viet Nam is entering a new stage of development with goals of historic significance. The 14th National Party Congress set the objective of becoming, by 2030, a developing country with modern industry and upper-middle income, and, by 2045, a developed, high-income country. National resources are of particular importance to the successful achievement of these goals: they are both a strategic driver and a decisive condition for rapid and sustainable development. Such resources include public finance, public assets, land and mineral resources, as well as data, digital infrastructure, intellectual property and new sources of energy in the digital economy.
