On the afternoon of December 29th, 2022, at the “Conference to implement the Party’s tasks and activities in 2023” held at the Headquarters of the State Audit Office of Viet Nam (SAV) - 116 Nguyen Chanh Street, Ha Noi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Personnel Committee, State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan was honored to be awarded the First Class Labor Medal by the State.

Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai, on behalf of the Party and the State’s leaders, awarded the First Class Labor Medal to State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan, in recognition of his outstanding contributions and achievements from 2017 to 2021 to the Finance sector, Central Economic Commission, and Hoa Binh province.
From 2017 to 2021, comrade Ngo Van Tuan has always successfully completed the assigned tasks, being an exelent emulation servant for 5 consecutive years, and was honored to receive the Second-class Labor Medal from the State in 2016.
In the period of January 2017 - June 2019, with the assigned task of being Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission, Mr. Ngo Van Tuan researched, advised and proposed the following:
- To develop guidelines and policies, resolutions, conclusions, directives and decisions on:
- the socio-economic field of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat;
- major mechanisms and policies on socio-economic, development of productive forces and improvement of production relations, economic-related social issues as assigned by the Politburo, the Secretariat and in accordance with his authority;
- To develop programs and plans for the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress and the resolutions, conclusions and directives of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat on socio-economic issues;
- To appraise guidelines, policies and projects in a number of general economic fields: Financial market; public finance; banking activities; planing and investment; Foreign economic relations and international integration; was in charge of: Department of General Economics, Department of Regional and Local Economy, Department of Social Affairs, Department of International Economics and Integration, Center of Economic Analysis and Forecast; and assisted the Head of the Central Economic Commission in guiding, inspecting, and supervising the implementation of the Party's socio-economic guidelines, guidelines and policies for the Party cadres committees of ministries, ministerial-level agencies and administrative bodies, economic groups, State Corporations under their responsibility and provincial and municipal Party Committees of localities in the Red River Delta.
In the period from July 2019 to June 2022, with the assigned tasks of being Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and then Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Hoa Binh Province, Comrade Ngo Van Tuan, together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, well performed the role of chairing, leading and administering the work of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. commission; proactively proposed, discussed and reached agreement in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on major and important issues to submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Board of the Provincial Party Committee for discussion and decision; directing the organization to thoroughly grasp within the Party Committee, the people and directly organize the thorough grasping in the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Standing Committee of the Party's resolutions and directives to submit to the meeting of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee for discussion and decision.
Mr. Ngo Van Tuan focuses on directing, inspecting and supervising the implementation of key tasks, difficult and complicated stages and fields of work; proactively proposes to the Executive Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee the guidelines and measures to improve and renew the leadership method of the Party Committee at all levels; ensures that the activities of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee are implemented in accordance with the Working Regulations and the Party's leadership principles; directs the construction of the Party and the political system, taking responsibility for the building of key cadres and the organization and cadre work of the locality; maintains solidarity and unity within the Party Committee and the entire Party Committee.
On account of the aforementioned achievements, he was awarded the First-class Labor Medal by the State./.
